1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup chopped nuts
Combine all the ingredients, except the nuts. Blend well. Stir in the nuts,
blend. Spoon mixture into buttered and floured loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes at
350º.
