Designer Christmas Balls

Participating in some craft projects provide the youngster with an hour or so of entertainment, imaginative exploration and a creative outlet. Yet, every once in a while we come across a project that can help a child create a beloved heirloom.

The following project is ideal when you have a classroom, or scout group that wishes to create a special gift which they can proudly present to a parent, grandparent or other loved one. It is relatively inexpensive and easy.

Yet, the beauty of this craft is, it isn't just for youngsters. Adults will discover this project will allow them to utilize inexpensive materials to create dazzling Christmas ornaments.

Materials Needed:

Inexpensive, plain, glass Christmas balls
Package of glitter glue

Directions:
Use the glitter glue to decorate the outside of a plain ornament. Adorn the ball with snowflakes, snowmen or add the name of the recipient or date. Just let the artist use his or her imagination!
